NH Research 4760-18 DC Electronic Load

Designed to satisfy the needs of a range of electronic loading applications, the NH Research 4760-18 DC Electronic Load is a strong and adaptable solution. This load is perfect for automated test stations as well as standalone bench-top setups because it has an 18 kW power capacity, a maximum current of 900A, and a voltage range of 7 to 600V. Because of its extensive internal measuring features and ability to simulate quick transients, the NHR 4760-18 performs exceptionally well for testing power conversion and storage equipment including telecom rectifiers, battery packs, and DC power supplies.

The NHR 4760-18 has a sturdy and small physical form. It weighs 181 kg and has enclosure measurements of 1092 x 584 x 762 mm. Featuring a 7-inch touch screen with a Graphic User Interface (GUI), this air-cooled linear design load allows for easy manual control and smooth interaction with remote controllers via standard test programming languages. With its six tabbed organization and full-screen presentation and control of pertinent information, the GUI is especially helpful for engineering characterization, troubleshooting UUTs, and developing test programs.

The NHR 4760-18's capacity to design and carry out intricate dynamic load profiles with stepped responses, variable slew rates, and micro-second pulses is one of its primary characteristics. The load may achieve fast transition speeds thanks to these profiles, which are saved as Macros with up to 100 steps each. This makes the electronic load very useful for testing applications that need to respond quickly and precisely. Voltage, current, power, and dynamic timing measurements like rise time, turn-on time, and settling time are all included in the internal waveform capture and analysis capabilities. These features help to increase testing throughput and do away with the need for external instruments like oscilloscopes and DMMs.
